The inner dimension
The word p’nimiyut means the inner dimension. In the tradition of Torah, every person, every struggle, every strength has an inner layer that is closer to the soul.
My coaching method weaves together the conceptual depth of Kabbalah, the grounded insight of modern psychology, and the wisdom of the body’s own knowing. Not because each is half right, but because the inner dimension speaks through all of them when we listen carefully.
I work with women who are done with superficial self-help but are not done growing. What we do here is serious, rooted, honest, and alive.
