Returning to Her

A Kabbalistic journey to healing, self-love, and good fortune.

A four-lesson, self-taught course drawn from the Zohar, Tanya, Arizal, and Talmud — a slow walk through four Sefirot that together form a single homecoming.

Four lessons Text-based Self-paced Lifetime access
II — The Invitation

A path of return.

This course is for the woman who already carries everything she needs — and has begun, quietly, to remember it. Your depth was given before the world was made; what is offered here is a way of turning toward it.

Returning to Her is a path, drawn from the deepest wells of Jewish inner wisdom, back to the divine feminine already living within you. Not a new self to build. A truer self to remember.

“Every word here is a threshold. Enter only what calls you home.

Each lesson carries a Sefirah, a source text, a practice, and a question for your soul. The architecture is slow on purpose — this is not a reset, a challenge, or a system. It is a homecoming.

III — The Curriculum

Four doorways, one homecoming.

I

Sefirah · Shechinah

Shechinah

The divine feminine who descended with you into every exile.

The path of return begins not with striving, but with compassion for the spark inside — the one who has waited, quietly, through every place you have been.

SourceThe Zohar — on the Shechinah who goes into exile with her people, and is gathered home through teshuvah.
PracticeA slow, written meditation on the places within yourself that long to be met.
QuestionWhere have I exiled myself — and what would it mean to bring her home?

II

Sefirah · Binah

Binah

The supernal mother — the womb of all feeling, living within you.

The love you seek is not waiting elsewhere. It is the inner mother — the one who understands before you speak, who holds the depth you have been trying to earn.

SourceThe Talmud — the teaching that an extra measure of Binah, of understanding, was given to women.
PracticeA return to the breath as remembering: the one who feels, feels you first.
QuestionWhose understanding am I still waiting for — that is already mine to give?

III

Sefirah · Malchut

Malchut

The Queen who holds nothing of her own — yet through whom all blessing flows.

You are bat melech — daughter of the King. Your worth was given before the world was made. Sovereignty is not something to be earned; it is something to be remembered.

SourceThe Arizal and the classical mystics — on Malchut as the receiving vessel through which all higher light becomes real in this world.
PracticeA contemplative reading on your own inherent dignity, without condition.
QuestionWhat would change if I already knew I was worthy of all of it?

IV

Sefirah · Mazal

Mazal

Not luck — your divine downward flow. The work is to open the vessel.

Scarcity has no reality. Mazal is the channel of blessing already pouring toward you from Or Ein Sof — the infinite light. Your work is not to summon it. Your work is to become the one who can receive.

SourceThe Zohar and Chassidic teachings on Or Ein Sof — the endless light and the opening of the vessel.
PracticeA short, daily posture of receiving — written, then lived.
QuestionWhat am I still refusing, that was already meant for me?

VI — The author

Sarah Leah

Author · Teacher · Keeper

My name is Sarah Leah — and this course is a piece of my heart made into a pathway for yours.

I built this brand, and I built this course, because I know what it is to carry this inheritance — the wellspring flowing in here — and to learn, slowly, to trust it. Every woman is born with it. My work is simply to help her return.

Every lesson has been written slowly, studied from source, and offered with care. I did not want to make a product. I wanted to make a door.
