Living Divine Space

An entry into the body as a dwelling place for what is holy.

Before the day asks anything of you, there is already a room prepared for what is holy — the room of the body, where the Divine can be met. Living Divine Space is a meditation on making a living room for the Presence, on treating the body not as an obstacle to the inner life but as its first home.

This is a daytime practice. Use it before the afternoon takes what is left of you — a return to the body as mishkan, the tabernacle, the place built so that holiness would have somewhere to rest.

“The body is the first dwelling place.”
