About these terms

These terms apply to the P’nimiyut Inner Growth website and to courses, guided meditations, coaching, and other services sold directly by P’nimiyut Inner Growth. By using the website or purchasing an offering, you agree to these terms and to any additional details shown at checkout or agreed in writing.

Services and pricing

Offer descriptions, prices, availability, and delivery details appear on the relevant page or checkout. Prices are primarily shown in US dollars. Your bank or payment provider may apply taxes, conversion rates, or fees. P’nimiyut Inner Growth may update or discontinue an offering, but changes will not alter a completed purchase except where reasonably necessary to provide, support, or lawfully end the service.

Educational and spiritual nature

The website, teachings, recordings, courses, journal, and coaching are offered for education, reflection, spiritual practice, and personal development. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, legal advice, or another licensed professional service. They do not diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition. Seek qualified professional care when needed, and contact local emergency services in a crisis.

No guaranteed outcomes

Inner work is personal and results vary. Testimonials, examples, and descriptions are not promises or guarantees of a specific emotional, spiritual, financial, relationship, health, or other outcome.

Purchases, delivery, and refunds

Direct purchases may be processed or delivered by the checkout, payment, subscription, or course platform named at checkout. Its applicable payment, cancellation, and refund terms form part of the transaction. Review those terms before purchasing. If an item is missing or inaccessible, contact hello@pnimiyut.com so the issue can be reviewed.

Amazon journal purchases

The hardcover 40-Day Journal is sold and fulfilled through Amazon. Amazon is the seller or marketplace for that transaction, and Amazon’s current pricing, taxes, payment, shipping, delivery, return, refund, and customer-service policies govern the purchase. Questions about an Amazon order should be directed to Amazon through the order page.

Coaching & the Inner Chamber

Private work is offered by application and confirmed directly in writing, including scope, schedule, session count, payment, rescheduling, cancellation, confidentiality limits, and any other service-specific terms. An application does not guarantee acceptance.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, brand, writings, recordings, course materials, downloads, graphics, and original content belong to P’nimiyut Inner Growth or are used with permission. A purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the material for your own non-commercial practice. You may not copy, record, reproduce, resell, publish, teach from, share, upload, distribute, or create derivative commercial products from it without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, scrape or reproduce content at scale, or use the site in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

Third-party platforms and links

The site links to and may embed services operated by third parties, including payment, email, media, affiliate, social, and marketplace platforms. Their content, availability, privacy practices, and transactions are controlled by them. P’nimiyut Inner Growth is not responsible for a third party’s service or policy, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection or other rights that apply where you live. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a concern directly.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the website and offerings change. The date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from that point forward, subject to applicable law.
