Who we are

P’nimiyut Inner Growth operates this website from Québec, Canada and serves visitors internationally. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@pnimiyut.com.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: your email when you subscribe, and your name, email, selected service, and written responses when you submit an application or contact us.
• Purchase and service information: transaction, order, and access information shared by the platform that processes or delivers a purchase. Payment providers handle full card details; we do not receive or store them.
• Basic technical information: hosting, security, embedded tools, and third-party services may process information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and interactions with their features.

How we use information

We use information to provide requested content and services, process and support purchases, review applications, reply to messages, manage subscriptions, maintain and secure the website, keep appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Email communications

If you subscribe, MailerLite processes your email address and sending preferences so P’nimiyut Inner Growth can send meditations, essays, and occasional announcements. You can unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email. Service or purchase messages may still be sent when needed to deliver something you requested.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not currently use a separate first-party analytics system. The site host and embedded third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies for security, operation, media, or their own measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking them may affect embedded features.

Platforms and third-party services

• MailerLite supports email subscriptions and communications.
• Lemon Squeezy and other named checkout or course platforms may process payments, orders, taxes, and delivery for courses or recordings.
• Netlify may host the site and process submitted application forms.
• Amazon sells and fulfills the hardcover journal. Amazon’s privacy, payment, shipping, return, and marketplace policies govern those transactions.
• LTK and linked media, podcast, video, or social platforms operate embedded features or external links under their own policies.

When you follow a third-party link or use an embedded service, that provider controls its own processing. Review its terms and privacy notice before sharing information.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small online business, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

International visitors

Information may be processed in Canada and in other countries where service providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where required, providers and P’nimiyut Inner Growth use appropriate arrangements for cross-border processing.

Children

This website and its paid services are not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to the processing of their information. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Sensitive information
